About 5 months ago, I had one of my tire monitor sensors replaced for $60. During my most recent visit, I was quoted $660 to get the remaining replaced. That is quite a discrepancy. I was extremely disappointed with this. Now, I feel like this dealership can't be trusted.

I called to let your department know that the engine light came back on (which is why I brought my car in) and that I have no more money to rent another car so I wanted to know what to do and why the light came back on! All three times I talked to someone asked for my phone number and that they would call me back to this day almost a week later, no one has returned my call. I really don't know what to do!

I have always had great service at AutoNation Buick on West Sahara, and last week's visit was great except for one thing. After my car was serviced, I was informed the dealership no longer sells lifetime batteries and my lifetime battery was replaced with a 40-month battery. "Excide battery warranty" was listed on the invoice. At the time I purchased a lifetime battery from this dealership (10/8/2021), I paid a significantly higher price for a warranty that was to remain in effect for as long as I own my car. I can understand and appreciate if GM or Buick or this particular dealership decides to no longer offer lifetime batteries. However, this should not void the lifetime warranties which are currently in place. My lifetime warranty should remain in effect, per the terms of the warranty, or I should receive a refund. D. My experience wasn't great. My main concern is after I paid for my camshaft to be replaced, the representatives said it wasn't even damaged.It was just a little dirty. I'm just so upset that I replaced it when it could have just been cleaned off. I also asked them to inspect my whole car to make sure everything's running properly.And my receipt says a complementary, multi point inspection not necessary.And wasn't completed. I feel like I was up charged for areplacement of a part that didn't need to be replaced.

My experience at this dealership was extremely disappointing. I purchased a brand new vehicle with only a few miles on it, expecting reliability and professional support. Within a short time, the check engine light came on. I returned multiple times and was repeatedly told that nothing was wrong. Instead of resolving the issue, I was told to go to another Buick dealership for a second opinion. As the selling dealership, I expected them to stand behind the vehicle and take responsibility for diagnosing and fixing the problem. Being redirected elsewhere felt dismissive and unprofessional. When I continued to push for answers, I was essentially told there was nothing they could do and that I could pursue legal action if I felt it was necessary. That response was shocking. No customer who purchases a brand new vehicle should be told to “get a lawyer” instead of receiving proper service and support. Buying a new car should bring peace of mind. Instead, this has been stressful and frustrating. I strongly encourage future buyers to carefully consider their options before purchasing here.

The experience was great! Jeff and Gabriel went the extra mile to make sure that I knew everything about the truck that I was looking at. They patiently walked me through the different models and features and finally gave me a very reasonable price. The only suggestion that I have is that the customer should never leave the lot with the gas light on. Kind of ruins the excitement of getting a new vehicle when you have to scramble to find a gas station.

Only had my vehicle for 2 and a half days only put 67 to 87 miles on it and while its in the business shop them days got added to me im missing on star subscription and I have to make the 1st payment and you guys are trying to use the extended warranty for stuff in the time frame I had it I dont care about the new buick loaners I have no interest in them thats why I got a v8 overall experience was a no go would not recommend to anyone.

They said electric seats and automatic start from the key came with the base model and my truck doesn’t have either of those things. We were there over 7 hours. It was absurd. Everyone was nice, but my car sounds rattly when it didn't before I took it in and then why in the world would an oil pan cos $3100? Really? I get hit with $5800 in estimated repairs and they still missed the alerts that keep coming up to check my emergency brake, check by key for replacement battery and a could different other alerts that all started coming up. I would think that they would have caught at least one of them as they pop up when you start the car. No I'm not happy with the service this time and can't afford such repair bills. But the people are wonderful and friendly.

Brought my 2019 Buick Envision in for routine oil change and I was having issues with my fan coming on and Allen Wright, my service advisor, said that doesn't sound good. Anyways, tried putting on his sensor plug and nothing showed up. No codes, no nothing. He kept it for a few days and all it was saying was I needed a new battery. Battery was replaced and the issue with the fan never came back up. Hopefully, that's all it needed. I wholeheartedly trust Allen's recommendations and off I went. So far so good. Thanks Allen, You're the best!!!

I was disappointed once again, at the lack of customer service and rudeness. The big issue is lack of communication which is severely lacking. I brought my vehicle in for an oil change. When I received the text it was ready I asked if the cabin filter had been replaced. Damian's reply was no, but he could have them do it, I replied yes. When I arrived to pick up my vehicle around 11:30 it wasn't ready, even though I sent a text letting Damian know I had a doctor's appointment and I had to pick it up no later than 12:00. After waiting more than the 5 minutes, the amount of time Damian said it would take ot was still not done. I reminded Damian I had an appointment. His response as service "advisor" was "I don't even know why you wanted the cabin filter replaced again you just had it done in December." Myself being disabled due to a traumatic brain injury and seeing the air filter alert at 15% was confused? Upon asking him why he didn't bring this up when I asked his response was it's not his responsibility to check my history, although he clearly already had otherwise he could not have made the snide comment. He then compared servicing my vehicle to ordering a cheeseburger (ridiculous analogy that made no sense) I then went to seek assistance from the new manager Vince who was no help and showed zero compassion or interest in finding a solution. At $79.99 for the cabin air filter I had to come up with my own solution. I insisted on getting the air filter that was just replaced in December as it apparently was too late to stop the replacement. I've only had a good experience with one advisor, other than Brian (who is apparently no longer there, big loss in my opinion) and that is Allen. I asked for the new cabin filter replaced in December and removed due to lack of communication via text with no response. However when I arrived Damian had it ready and reset my alert.

Originally Gus said we were approved through my bank America first credit union but when I was signing paper with the finance manager it was put through gm finance . At that point I signed the papers because my daughter hadn't eaten and it was 9:30 at night… went to my bank giving me a point lower. So now I’m having to spend my time reversing everything. The person that checked me in was very rude and unhelpful. I asked to speak with a manager but no one came to speak with me. I waited for my oil change and when my car was ready I asked to speak to a manager again and was finally able to speak to the manager. When I got in my car and started driving home I got an alert that my windshield wiper fluid was low. This means that it was not checked. Now I am wondering what else they did or didn’t check. I called to ask about this but no one was available. I left a message with the agent detailing what happened and asked to be called back. That was 6 days ago and I haven’t heard from anyone.

I came from a different "Chevrolet" dealership and not only did they not communicate with me for 7 days but they refused to work on my truck because I used aftermarket brake rotors. Plus they gave me an estimate of $4,000 to repair it. Your team helped me and communicated with me every two days with updates. My bill was $535 and my truck works perfectly.

You need to hire some people to answer the phone. There is no one to answer the phone when I tried to find out when my car would be ready. I let voicemails on several phone number for the service department with no call back. I was without my car and needed to work and to see if I should rent a car for transportation. It was stressful not getting any answers.

De Ann Petro Fri, Jul 17, 4:56 PM (2 days ago) to AutoNation 1. Salesman took care of us very well, he was the best part of the sell 2. Took way too long to get into financial 3. Took her 3 tries to get the contract right, first a GM a incentive of $1750.00 was left off, then we put $15,000 down and she kept pitting $5,000 twice 4. She got t frustrated with us when we refused the extended warranty. A customer should not feel pressured like we felt. One NO should be enough 5. Signing a contract on your phone where is hard to read is awful, give the customer a tablet that we can see. The process seemed like signing wasn't transparent. She did not ever go over the payments and GM financing. We got charged $900.00 for a interior and dent protection package that we did not want but was on the car already. 6. The windshield was not cleaned very well at all We drove over an hour to Vegas to buy a new car and expected more transparency Thank You Bob and De Ann Petro

I took my Yukon to AutoNation GMC on Sahara to have four new tires mounted and balanced and to have an alignment completed. Right after the service, my vehicle started driving differently and felt like it was jerking or slipping while accelerating. Since I had no idea what was causing it, I ended up taking it to another GMC dealership to have it checked. That dealership found that my Yukon had been put into Auto four-wheel drive. I never changed that setting and did not even realize it had been switched. I called the service advisor at AutoNation to let them know what happened, and instead of taking my concern seriously, I was told that their certified technicians would never have put the vehicle into Auto four-wheel drive and that maybe my knee hit the button. I am 5’3”, and my knee does not come anywhere near those buttons. I know for a fact that I did not accidentally change the setting. I found the response dismissive and honestly pretty frustrating, especially since the issue started immediately after they worked on my vehicle. On top of that, the second dealership also told me that the alignment was still off, even though I had just paid AutoNation to complete it. So after paying for the work, I still had to take my vehicle somewhere else to figure out what was wrong and was then told the alignment had not been done correctly. I understand that mistakes can happen, but the way this was handled made the situation much worse. Instead of acknowledging that something may have happened during the service, they immediately denied it and tried to place the blame on me. I expected better workmanship, better communication, and better accountability from a GMC dealership.

I found out after leaving the dealership that my rear windshield wiper blade was missing and likely was ripped up at the dealership in the car wash after my service was completed. No one at the dealership made me aware of this as it appears someone tried using the wiper because the car was cleaned however the rear window had water marks where the wiper was used.
