I had 2 media screens replaced in my Yukon XL in December 2024 (covered under warranty). Late January to early February, the screens stopped transmitting audio to the headphones. I bring it in March 4 to get it checked out. John was the service advisor. After about 2 weeks, they couldn't figure out what was wrong with it, so John said they will order new screens. John let me pick up my Yukon and said he will call me when the parts arrive. Two weeks go by and I get no call. I call the service department and they tell me John doesn't work there anymore. They put me on hold to "look into it". Told me I was assigned to a new advisor and that they would call me back. Another week goes by and no call. I call back very frustrated. I explained to the person that answered that I am upset because I keep getting told someone will call me and no one is calling me or helping me. I asked to speak to the Service Manager. I was put on hold again. I was told that the manager will call me back. I was disappointed after explaining my issue, that the solution was to do the same thing that has been causing the issue in the first place. I asked why the service manager couldn't talk to me now and was told he was about to leave for lunch. My poor experience was obviously not urgent and not mportant to him because I was brushed to the side. Needless to say, the service manager never called me back. I believe his name was Brian Strong. I called the dealership the following Monday, which is now April 22nd at this point. Damian answered and I explained my issue. I asked him to please not tell me someone will call me back. He said he will take care of me personally. In the last month I have been trying to get an update, Damian tells me no one did anything and the screens were never ordered. Damian had me bring my Yukon, checked it out, ordered the screens, and replaced them in less than 2 weeks. Most of the 2 weeks was just waiting for the parts. The audio now works again. Damian was the one bright spot in this whole ordeal, and I appreciate his care for customer service. Other than Damian, no other person in that service department office showed any care to help me. They just kept passing me along saying someone will call back and took no action. The most disappointing part was the sheer disregard and lack of care from the Service Manager. A position of leadership like that who oversees a department in a service industry deeply tied to customer service and experience should not be held by a person like Brian Strong. I am extremely grateful for Damian's initiative and action, but it is the Service Manager Brian's actions, or lack there of, that will make me no longer go to this dealership for any service or purchase. In case it isn't referenced, it is the Autonation Buick GMC dealership on Sahara in Las Vegas.

This was the first time that my Truck needed repair since I purchased it at this dealership in 2020. I was told the high-pressure sensor on my A/C system required replacement. The cost of the sensor was $101 but the labor to replace the sensor was $737. In all my years dealing with auto repairs I've never felt this ripped-off and overcharged. Going forward, I will try to find, and establish, a relationship with a non-dealership facility to maintain my vehicle. All other aspects of this experience were exceptional.

i am upset that they wanted over 800 dollars for a cabin air filter and air filter and fuel filter. I picked up all the parts for 127,38 and installed them my self. it only took a little over an hour to replace the parts. The price that you were going to charge me i cant understand why your dealership would charge so much for your service.

I am on a 8000 mile road trip and needed a service on my truck. I was able to make my appointment online, and was then contacted by a service advisor to confirm it. Upon arrival I was greeted by an advisor and my truck was "checked in". I waited while they completed the service and checked over my vehicle. I was back on my trip in less than 2 hours, and the truck was good to go.

Went in to get sensor fixed, which I think should have been covered under warranty as it’s a lease, but since it looks like a rock hit it they said no. Then they install the sensor, tell me it works and I get there, test it right away and doesn’t work. Had to uber back home. Get called again saying it’s fixed, get home and sensor is not working. Had to bring it back and now get GM folks involved with the techs to figure out what is wrong… experience has been awful and having to spend money for it hurts even more. Denis has been great but anyone would get frustrated with this situation

My experience at this dealership was the worst, I ever had at any dealership. My experiencese with Allen very rude , not good customer skills and like to argue with you like he in control . My car at that shop 16 days and I had to keep calling and leaving messages to see what was going on with my ride . I was told it’s the warranty company, they couldn’t work on my car until they got all of the parts in just a bunch of bull. overcharging prices ,to where they had to call out an inspector. I was very stressed out. He tried to get more money out of me ,when the warranty company had paid for everything . I know I had to pay a deductible. But the whole experience was a nightmare for me , it stressed the hell out of me. I will not be returning to that car lot.

Tyler was busy as THE MIND BEHIND THE FINANCIAL DEAL!!! In the mean time, Raymond was doing all of the necessary collection of insurance, license, plates, helping me clean out my trade in car, etc...both were competent, friendly, helpful, . Luano in Finance, had me in and out with no hard sales...She had all of the paper work ready to sign...She also was very friendly. Also at least 3 other salesmen offered me water or tea.....I was a flight attendant in the days we liked people and served real hot meals. I received confidence that the transmission is ok after witnessing a pronounced klunk twice within a month about two months ago. It appears to be running ok. Also, the back brakes have small scratch marks which concerned me at only 20K miles but the brake shoes are ok and it stops normal. My experience wasn't great. My main concern is after I paid for my camshaft to be replaced, the representatives said it wasn't even damaged.It was just a little dirty. I'm just so upset that I replaced it when it could have just been cleaned off. I also asked them to inspect my whole car to make sure everything's running properly.And my receipt says a complementary, multi point inspection not necessary.And wasn't completed. I feel like I was up charged for areplacement of a part that didn't need to be replaced.

I have always had great service at AutoNation Buick on West Sahara, and last week's visit was great except for one thing. After my car was serviced, I was informed the dealership no longer sells lifetime batteries and my lifetime battery was replaced with a 40-month battery. "Excide battery warranty" was listed on the invoice. At the time I purchased a lifetime battery from this dealership (10/8/2021), I paid a significantly higher price for a warranty that was to remain in effect for as long as I own my car. I can understand and appreciate if GM or Buick or this particular dealership decides to no longer offer lifetime batteries. However, this should not void the lifetime warranties which are currently in place. My lifetime warranty should remain in effect, per the terms of the warranty, or I should receive a refund. D.
