Our experience at your dealership was enjoyable throughout the purchase process and continues beyond delivery. We saw a vehicle of interest in the inventory on the GM website. It was listed as in transit to your dealership. We stopped in to get more information. We were offered a test drive in a similarly equipped vehicle, liked it and were provided regular updates on delivery status. Upon delivery we went to pick it up but were captivated by a different vehicle on the showroom floor. We were encouraged to drive it to make sure we got the perfect vehicle for us. We made the switch and were able to very efficiently complete the purchase and take home the perfect vehicle for us. Our sales associate, Ray Gallo, was very knowledgeable about the vehicles but also a really nice and engaging person - just a delight to work with. The rest of the team was also very helpful and welcoming. I will definitely return for service and future automotive needs!
